Named for a pioneering early-1900s DC developer, Wardman Residential is a team of agents who live in the neighborhoods they serve across DC, Maryland and Virginia.

Where the name comes from

Wardman Residential is named in honor of a pioneering Washington, DC developer from the early 1900s. The name reflects our commitment to DC’s heritage and community, and it gives every team member a shared identity to embrace, rather than tying the team to a single leader’s name.

Our team ethos

We were founded on trustworthiness, individual growth and career development. Our agents live across the region, with a main hub in Logan Circle, and we serve Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia, from condos and townhouses to single-family homes at every price point.

DC’s diverse, transient population calls for an equally diverse team. Our agents live in the areas they serve. They walk the neighborhoods, eat at the local restaurants and experience the culture firsthand, so the advice they give is grounded in real, everyday knowledge.
