Vienna is a small town in Fairfax County with a walkable Church Street and Maple Avenue downtown, surrounded by established neighborhoods of single-family homes. It has its own town government and a strong calendar of community events.
Housing is mostly single-family: ramblers, split-levels, and Colonials from the 1950s through the 1970s, along with a steady stream of new construction replacing older homes, plus some townhouses and condominiums near Maple Avenue and the Metro.
Church Street and Maple Avenue offer local restaurants, shops, and services, and the W&OD Trail runs through the middle of town with the restored Vienna train station and caboose along it. Parks such as Meadow Lane and Glyndon Park are spread through the neighborhoods, and Tysons is minutes away.
Vienna/Fairfax–GMU station, the western end of the Orange Line, is just south of town, and Spring Hill station on the Silver Line is nearby in Tysons. I-66 and Route 123 provide road access.
Vienna offers small-town character with a walkable downtown, trail access, and quick trips to Tysons and Metro.
