As Co-Principal of Wardman Residential at Compass, Evan leads a team serving buyers, sellers, investors, and developers throughout Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Northern Virginia. Together, the team has helped clients navigate more than 1,500 real estate transactions totaling over $750 million in sales.

What distinguishes Evan is the perspective he brings beyond traditional brokerage. His background as a contractor and developer provides a deeper understanding of construction, land use, zoning, entitlement, and long-term property ownership.
