Today I wanted to show you a brand new property in the Crestwood neighborhood of Washington DC. It has six bedrooms and four baths, with over 4,000 square feet on three levels.

Crestwood is basically sandwiched between 16th Street NW and Rock Creek Park, and this really quiet neighborhood is one of my favorites in the city. There are lots of colonial homes and updated homes with additions, and it is quiet in the sense that you are here because you live here or you are visiting someone who does. So we are going to take a look at this home, see what you think about the inside, and go from there.

As we come in, you will notice the large open floor plan, especially here on the main level. Wide-plank oak floors run throughout, with custom stairs going up, waterfall quartz countertops, Bosch appliances and custom cabinetry. Every detail of this home is top notch in quality, layout and design.

Leaving the kitchen, we go directly into the dining room and the living room with its gas fireplace. It is a really comfortable space to sit down, enjoy a glass of wine and unwind after a long day.
