What Is Your Home Worth in Today’s Market?
Request a pricing consultation for your home in Washington, DC, Maryland, or Virginia. A price built on comparable sales and current buyer demand, not an algorithm.
A Price Built on Evidence,
Not an Algorithm
Online estimates can’t see your renovation, your view, or what the home down the street just sold for. We price from recent comparable sales, the homes you’d compete against, and how buyers are behaving right now — never pressure.

Frequently Asked Questions About Home Pricing
Common questions from owners in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia about what their home is worth.
How is a pricing consultation different from an online estimate?
Online estimates run on public records and averages. They can’t see condition, layout, light, views, or what a buyer just paid for the home most like yours. We start from recent comparable sales and adjust for what makes your home different.
Is there any cost or obligation?
No. The consultation is free, and you’re under no obligation to list with us.
What do you look at when pricing a home?
Recent comparable sales, homes currently for sale and under contract, your home’s condition and updates, and the pace of the market around it. For condos and co-ops, we also look at the building itself: fees, amenities, and recent sales inside it.
Do you need to see my home in person?
We can give you a starting range from the details you share. A walkthrough lets us account for condition and features that never show up in public records, so the number is more reliable.
Should I make improvements before selling?
Sometimes. We recommend only the work likely to return more than it costs. Where it makes sense, Compass Concierge can cover the upfront cost, repaid at closing.
I’m not selling yet. Is it too early to ask?
No. Many owners ask a year or more ahead so they can plan improvements and timing with real numbers.
